- Sampling to key customers and partners through early 2008
- Includes Softuner Software Suite for RFIC evaluation along with selected interface hardware for common basebands and test equipment.
- Includes support for common wireless protocols as well as selected custom waveforms.

- Operates from 700 MHz to 3.8 GHz with bandwidths of 25 kHz to 20 MHz
- Accepts 10-70 MHz crystals
- Prefers 19.2/26/38.4/52 MHz
- Operates off 5 LDO or PMU voltages
- 128-pin, 7x7 mm FBGA Package
- 130 nm digital CMOS technology
- no RF process steps required
The BitWave 1102 for Femtocell Applications will sample in Q3 2008. With the BW1102, BitWave will offer the Softuner, a complete set of software tools for RFIC evaluation and application development.
