Core Firmware

BitWave’s Core Firmware is designed to manage the dynamic operation of Softransceiver™ Silicon Platforms. The Core Firmware can be optimized by BitWave’s Application’s Team for Wireless Standards and Systems

Core Firmware is designed to support startup calibration, and the real-time management of the licensed wireless standard mode files.

The Core Firmware resides on an 8051 Microprocessor and Memory-based finite state machine, which share the tasks of configuring the Softransceiver RFIC and managing real time mode changes.
