BitWave Semiconductor Expands Senior Management team with VP Business Development

Wireless industry expert appointed to help drive company's growth

–BitWave Semiconductor, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company and innovator of programmable radio frequency integrated circuits (RFIC), has appointed David Donovan as its new VP Business Development. David joins BitWave to support the senior management team and brings femtocell and wireless communications market expertise as the company begins sampling its new BW1102 Softransceiver™ RFIC.

David joins BitWave from Analog Devices where he was responsible for increasing revenue and market share in the wireless infrastructure market at tier one accounts in Asia, Europe and North America. His industry experience covers communications systems for wireless and wired broadband networking platforms including; femtocells, cellular basestations and handsets, WiFi, cable & satellite set top boxes, GPS, and home gateways. David is also a seasoned author and has written extensively for industry trade publications during his 28-year career.
